Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC Properties said its board will meet on 4 August to discuss the company’s financial statements for the first half of 2015 as well as raise the recommendation for the interim dividends to the company’s shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The board will also discuss the joint services agreement between DAMAC Properties and DAMAC International Limited.
DAMAC previously reported a net profit of AED 792.8 million in the first quarter of 2015, a decline of 38% from AED 1.28 billion in the same period in 2014.
